摘 要 ：对甲状腺切除兔(阳虚组)甲状腺切除后灌服温肾助阳复方煎剂治疗兔(中药组)和甲状腺假切除兔(对照组)的直肠温度和心率进行26h动态观测,结果证实甲低阳虚兔体温降低,心率减慢;同时其体温和心率的昼夜节律变化明显异常;温肾助阳方药对此有明显的纠正作用。

Abstract:The rectal temperature(Tr)and heart rate(HR)of three groups of New Zealand white rabbits, i. e.thyroidectomized(G₁), thyroidectomized and treated with Chinese herbs (a decoction composed of tonifying kidney-yans herbs i(G₂)J and pseudothyroidectomized for control (G₃),were observed dynamically for 26 hours. The resultsindicated that the Tr and HR in G₁ were decreased, and the circadian rhythms of the Trand HR disordered signifi-cantly, while these changes in G₂ were corrected obviously.
