摘 要 ：采用薄层色谱法鉴别了小青龙合剂中的麻黄碱、芍药甙、甘草酸、桂皮醛及细辛挥发油成分。运用高效液相色谱法测定了芍药甙含 量,平均回收率99.42%,RSD为0.23%。

Abstract:TLC was used to detect ephedrine , paeoniflorin,glycyrrhizic acid,cinnamic aldehyde and xixin volatile oils inXiaoqinglong mixture,Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. The average recovery is 99.42%,and RSD 0.23%.
