摘 要 ：建立了高效液相色谱法测定五味清浊散中胡椒碱含量的方法。平均回收率为102.0%(RSD为0.46%),最低检出浓度为0.03μg/ml,被测组分线性范围是1.875～30μg/ml,r为0.9999。

Abstract:A quantitative method has been developed for the determination of piperylpiperidine in Wuwei Qingzhuo powderby reversed phase HPLC. The average recovery is 102. 0%(RSD = 0.46%) and lowest detection concentration0. 03μg/ml. The linear range of piperylpiperidine is 1.875～30μg/ml ,r= 0.9999.
