摘 要 ：从宽跗陇马陆中分离出甲壳质,收率为9%;甲壳质经去乙酰化制备壳聚糖,收率分别为57.4%和77.5%。上述两成分的化学结构均经光谱法确证。

Abstract:Chitin was isolated from Kronopolites svenhedini and deaeetylated to produce the derivative ehitosan. The yield for chitin was 9%, and ehitosan yield 57.4% and 77.5% respectively. After purification, their structures have been determined by spectroscopie methods.
