摘 要 ：从云南产大狠毒Euphorbianematocypha根中分离出4个化合物,其中3个化合物结构已被鉴定。晶Ⅱ为A‘-neogammacer-22(29)-en-3β-ol(18β,3α),晶Ⅲ为jolkinolideE,晶Ⅳ为β-谷甾醇。晶Ⅱ系首次从本属植物中分得,晶Ⅲ是首次从本植物中得到。

Abstract:Four compounds were isolated from the roots of Euphorbia nematocypha. Three of them were identified as A‘-neogammacer-22 (29)-en-3β-ol(18β, 21α) (Ⅱ) ,jolkinolide E(Ⅲ) and β-sitosterol (Ⅳ). Among them , Ⅱ was obtainedfrom the genus Euphorbia and Ⅲ from this plant for the first time.
