摘 要 ：采用幽门弹簧插入法及去氧胆酸钠口服法复制大鼠实验性慢性胃炎病理模型,观察"实痞通"、"甘平养胃"及"胃乐"方对ECG的影响,结果经3种方剂治疗后,ECG血清胃泌素,G细胞密度及胃窦粘膜PGE₂含量均明显恢复近正常。

Abstract:Experimental chronic gastritis(ECG)models were established in rats by inseriing a spring into pyloric canal aswoll as feeding sodium deoxycholate.An experiment was underiaken to observe the therapeutic effects of three formu-las of traditional Chinese medicine"Shipitong"(SPT),"Ganpingyangwei"(GPYW)and"Weile"(WL).The experi-mental results show that all of the three decoctions can make serum gastrin,gastrin cell density and amount of antralmucosal PGE₂ of the ECG rats return to normal levels.
