摘 要 ：应用二次正交回归旋转组合设计进行田间试验,经计算机运算,获得药用红花施肥量的数学模型为:Ya=18.26+0.77X₁+0.04X₂+0.54X₃+1.31X₁X₂+1.14X₁X₃-1.28X₁²-0.53X₂²。通过对此模型进行分析、模拟、优化和筛选得药用红花的亩施肥量为N6～6.5kg,P₂O₅10.0～11.0kg,K₂O6.9～10.0kg,按此方案实施,可获得亩产18kg以上的干花,净产值为320元/亩。

Abstract:A design of second order orthogonal rotative regression was developed and field tested ,and a model for obtaining18kg/mu dry flower yield was simulated and built according to several better combinations based on the medel of totalsafflower dry flower yield. The optimal NPK-requirements for obtaining the above 18kg/mu dry flower yield are N:6~6. 5kg/mu , P₂O₅ : 10. 0～11.0kg/mu , K₂O: 6.9～10.0kg/mu. These requirements may be adjusted rationally ac-cording to soil fertility ,manure sources ,and so on.
