摘 要 ：从炒麦芽水煎剂提取一种胰淀粉酶激活剂,并鉴定其为硝酸钙(带有少量氯化钠)。该激活剂的存在,可以恰当解释炒麦芽水煎剂的助消化作用。

Abstract:From the decoction of fried malt(Fructus Hordei Germinatus)a kind of amylopsin activator was ex-tracted and distinguished as calcium nitrate(with small amount of sodium chloride).The existence of this activatormay can be explain properly why the decoction is helpful to digestion.
