摘 要 ：从毛脉酸模Rumex gmelini 根部的甲醇提取物中分离到2个已知化合物,运用化学方法和光谱方法确定其结构为大黄酚-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙,大黄素-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙。均为首次从毛脉酸模中得到。

Abstract:Two known compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of root of Rumex gmelini. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral methods as 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl chrysophanol and 1-O-β-D- glucopyranosyl emodin. The two compounds were isolated from R. gmelin for the first time.
