摘 要 ：大鼠实验性肠梗阻时,肠粘膜组胺含量较对照组显著降低,但对血中组胺含量无明显影响。大承气汤、芍甘汤(10g/kg)灌胃给药,大黄素(100mg/kg),番泻甙(50mg/kg)腹腔注射,均可使肠梗阻大鼠肠粘膜组胺含量恢复至正常水平。

Abstract:The experimental intestinal obstruction model was made by partly ligating the ileum in rat. The histamine levels of obstruction groups (8.14±2.28μg/g) were obviously lower than those of control groups(P<0.01). After administration of Dachengqi decoction, Shaogan decoction, emodin and sennoside, the levels of histamine were significantly higher than those of obstruction groups, but there were no significant differences as compared with control groups.
