摘 要 ：用黄嘌呤6.4mg·100g^-1·d^-1、黄嘌呤氧化酶0.1u·100g^-1·d^-1造成Wistar大鼠自由基损伤、使心功能指标显著下降。10mg·100g^-1·d^-1人参二、三醇组皂甙,均使致损心肌的各项指标一致向正常方向转化。而且二醇组比三醇组的作用更强。

Abstract:Rats were free-radical-damaged by xanthine 6.4 mg·100g^-1·d^-1 and xanthine oxidase 0.1U·100g^-1 d^-1 to cause significant decrease in the cardiac functional parameters. Panaxatriol saponins 10mg·100g^-1·d^-1 converted all the indices toward normal without exception. Panaxadiol saponins were more effective than panaxatriol saponins.
