摘 要 ：人参花、叶二醇组皂甙作用于培养的小鼠腹水型网状细胞肉瘤(ARS)细胞24小时后,⁸H-TdR参入表明DNA合成受到明显抑制,显微光度术测定细胞相对DNA含量的结果相同。FCM分析表明该抑制作用是细胞周期非特异性的。

Abstract:After acting on the cultured mouse ascitic reticulocytic sarcoma (ARS)cells for 24 hours, the panaxadiol-saponins from ginseng and leaves give rise to an inhibition in cell‘s DNA synthesis by incorporating ³H-TdR. The results from measuring the relative DNA contents of cells by micro-cytophotometry appear to be consistent with it. FCM analysis indicates that this inhibiting action is nonspecific cell cycle.
