摘 要 ：以果糖含量为指标,用钼酸铵-硫酸比色法,对蜜桑白皮中蜜用量检测进行了研究。

Abstract:A study was made on the determination of the content of honey in the honey-made mulberry bark by means of colorimetry of (NH₄)₆ Mo₇O₂₄.4H₂O-H₂SO₄. The quality is evaluated in terms of the content of fructose.
