摘 要 ：从云南省玉溪地区通海县产黄花苦参中分离出五个化合物,根据其理化常数和光谱数据的分析,分别鉴定为黄叶槐碱(mamanine),羽扇豆醇(lupeol),表-羽扇豆醇(epi-lupeol),八角枫二醇(alangidiol),另一结构待定,其中八角枫二醇首次从槐属植物中得到。

Abstract:Five compounds were isolated from the stem and root of Sophora glauca Lesch. on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and physico-chemical constants, four of them were identified as mamanine (Ⅰ), lupeol(Ⅱ), epi-lupeol(Ⅲ) and alangidol(Ⅳ), respectively. Compound (Ⅳ) is obtained from Sophora for the first time.
