摘 要 ：以BP、HR、LVP、LVdP/dt max 及生存时间为指标,观察了附子水溶部分对内毒素休克的治疗作用。给内毒素引起休克的猫静脉滴注附子水溶部分2mg/kg/min 或一次给予30mg/kg,能明显对抗BP、LVP、和LVdP/dtmax 的降低、心率的减慢并延长生存时间。表明其对内毒素引起的休克有治疗作用。
Abstract:The present paper reports the therapeutic effect of the water-soluble fraction of Radix Aco-niti Lateralis Preparata on the shock induced by endotoxin.The results showed that the decreasedBP,LVP,LV dp/dt_(max) and the shortened time of survival in shocked cats were obviously increa-sed and prolonged by intravenous infusion of the water-soluble fraction at 2mg/kg/min for 25minutes or a single iv dose of 30mg/kg.The marked therapeutic effect of the water-solublefraction on endotoxin shock is fully proved.
