摘 要 ：附子水溶部分静注、口服、十二指肠给药均能预防和治疗乌头碱诱发大鼠的心律失常,且作用强度随剂量增加而加强。

Abstract:The arrhythmia induced with aconitine in rats can be completely provented and cured by intravenous, oral or duodena administration of the water-soluble fraction of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata. The antiarrhythmic potency rises with the increase of the dose. In the case of arrhythmias induced by atrophanthinum G in guinea pigs and ventricule fibrillation elicited by CHCl₃ in mice, however, it appears in effective.
