摘 要 ：自然界的植被格局是多样、壮观和永恒变化的。它是对生物多样性的宏观写照，也是生态有序性在时空上的展示。然而，这千变万化，但又富有秩序的自然植被格局是怎样形成的呢？为了寻求其答案，传统生态学中的主导思想是在植被分类基础上进行归纳的。与传统生态学方法不同，本文基于统计热力学的一般理论和植被生态学的经验结果，推导出植被的组织有序度方程和一般判据。在演绎基础上，建立了适用于大尺度现象的植被的组织有序度模型。模型的结果与Whittaker(1975)的经验结果相一致。这些研究结果有助于理解大尺度植被格局的形成和演化。
