PotentilafruticosaLseedlingandchlorophylcontentareonadecliningcurveastheincreaseofNacl
Stressintension;thedegreeofsucculencetendstobesteadyastheextensionofsaltstresstime,andrises
astheadditionofsalinity;thea/bvalueofchlorophyl,however,doesn'tshowthetendencyofsingle
change.ThecorrelationanalysisshowsthatthechlorophylcontentintheleafofPotentilafruticosaLis
negativelycorrelatedtolevelofmalondialdehyde,andpositivelyassociatedwithSODactivity.That
explainsthatundertheNaClstress,thedegradationofPotentilafruticosaLiscloselyrelatedtothe
membranelipidperoxidationandSODactivity;thechlorophylisnegativelycorrelatedtofreeproline
contents,whichshowsthattheaccumulationoffreeprolinecontentsdoesn’thavealeviatedeffectonthe
degradationofchlorophylous.Takingalindexesintoaccountandwecanseethatunderthelevelthatthe
densityofNaClisbelow0.4%,PotentilafruticosaLcanresistsaltdamageandhavecertainsalt
resistanceandissuitableforplantinginlowsalinitysoilbyregulatingtheopticaldensityofchlorophylaa
andchlorophylab.
