摘 要 ：在国内首次利用经典的、国际上通用的仪器──Warburg呼吸计测定蜂花粉中过氧化氢酶活性。该方法具有较好的精确度、重现性，变异系数小，建议可作为花粉中过氧化氢酶活性测定的法定方法。

Abstract:Warburg’s method for measuring the catalase activity of bee pollen proved to bh much better than the old method, with improved accuracy,repeatability and reduced coefficient of variation.
