Climate oscillations and landscape heterogeneity make the historical population processes of organisms of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau quite complex. We used chloroplast DNA sequences and amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLPs) to study the phylogeography and genetic variation of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau endemic
