Abstract:T cells are critical in defending infection， regulating immune responses and maintaining homeostasis.The proliferation， differentiation and function of T cells require precise regulation of metabolism. Recent studies show the metabolic regulation of T cells during different stages and the importance of T cells metabolism in adaptive immune responses. Here， we summarize the new findings in the field and discuss possibility to provide potential targets for the prevention and treatment of autoimmune diseases， tumors and infectious diseases.
