Abstract:Inordertoraiseproteaseproduction,cultureconditionsforBaciluscereusWQ92withtheabil
itytoproduceorganicsolventtolerantproteasewereoptimizedbycentralcompositedesignmethod.The
optimizedfermentationconditionswereasfolows:yeastpowder8g/L,glucose17g/L,KH2PO405
g/L,MgSO403g/L,CaCl205g/L,NaCl10g/L,andpH75.Thecultivationconditionswere
25℃,and180r/min.Undertheoptimalconditionsfor48h,themaximumproteaseproductionwas
3921U/mL.TheproteaseactivitywasactivatedinthepresenceofCa2+,andinhibitedinthepresence
ofEDTAand1,10phenanthroline.Theresultsshowedthatitmightbemetaloprotease.
