摘 要 ：丽江大黄 ( Rheum likiangense)主要分布于四川青藏接壤的石灰岩山地 ,垂直分布范围在海拔 3 50 0～ 4 40 0 m,处在高寒灌丛草甸和山地寒温性针叶林带。其种群分布格局在大于 1 .5m2尺度上为集群格局 ;在小于 1 .5m2的尺度上 ,为随机分布。丽江大黄光合速率日变化在晴天呈现出典型的单峰曲线 ,与低海拔平原区植物明显不同。这主要缘于在植物生长季节 ,高原的光和温的互相补偿作用能使光反应和暗反应协调进行 ,有利于光合作用。其土壤 P的含量远低于根茎和叶 ,Fe含量则为土壤 >根茎 >叶 ,其中 ,根茎与叶相差不大 ,但它们与土壤相差 50～ 1 1 0倍 ;Ca、Na、Mn、Cu的含量表现为土壤 >叶 >根茎。

Abstract:Rheum likiangense was distributed in a limestone region from alt.3500 to 4400 meters and the contiguous area of Sichuan,Qinghai and Tibet.It belongs to a high cold scrub meadow zone and montane cold temperate coniferous forest zone.The spatial distribution pattern of Rheum likiangense population showed contagious when the sampling scale was greater than 1.5m 2 and random when less than 1.5m 2.Daily variation of net photosynthesis rate of the plant showed typical mono peak curve,differing from th...
