摘 要 ：本文分析了秋茄植物各部分的热值及其季节变化、随纬度变化的规律。结果表明:植物各部分的干重热值波动范围为17.42—20.14kJ/g;去灰分热值介于19.48—21.98kJ/g之间。其中以花、叶热值最高,根部热值最低。叶热值10月份高达19.7kJ/g;4月低至18.7kJ/g。秋茄叶热值还随纬度不同而异,春、夏、秋季热值随纬度增高而下降,冬季略有上升。这一现象反映了秋茄红树林独特的生物学特性,也反映了秋茄具有一定的抗寒性。

Abstract:Kandelia candet is a mangrove species which is distributed broadly in tropical and subtropical coast areas in China.The caloric values of its various plant parts range from 17.42 to 20.14 kJ/g for gross caloric value, and 19.48 to 21.98 kJ/g for ash-free caloric value, with the highest value for flower and leaf, and the lowest for root.
