Abstract:In order to exploit deep processing products of ginkgo pollen, different extraction methods were studied with DPPH scavenging of the ginkgo pollen extracts as index, including of the heating reflux, ultrasonic, microwave, and ultrasonic-microwave extraction methods. Then, the microwave extraction process was optimized by single factor and response surface methods. The results showed that microwave was the best within the four extraction methods. The microwave extraction process optimized was as follows: 59.38% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30, microwave power of 109.85 W, and microwave time of 13 min. This study laid a foundation for exploitation of the antioxidant components from ginkgo pollen.
