Abstract:Accumulation and distribution of available sulfur (0.15% CaCl2 extract) in the limy soil profile with a 15 year fertilization experiment were studied. The results showed that the sulfate distribution in the soil profile was different significantly with application of fertilizers, the accumulation were found in the treatments of sulfur application, the maximum content was 95.42 mg/kg. When amount of sulfur were put into soil, some of transformed into SO42- and leached, which were affected by plant, soil, fertilization and precipitation, and it was a long term process.
