摘 要 ：从新疆喀什采集棉铃虫（Helicouerpa armigera Hubner)建立实验室种群，测定其基础生化指标及药剂对表皮的穿透性，同时与山东夏津的抗性棉铃虫的同类数据进行了比较。结果表明，两地棉铃虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性无显著差异。而羟酸酯酶、酸性磷酸酯酶及谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活性有显著差异。对酶动力学数据Km和Vmax的分析表明，两地间棉铃虫体内酶活性的差异主要是量的差异，酶的本质并无区别，氰戊菊酯对新疆喀什棉铃虫表皮穿透性大于山东夏津棉铃虫。
