Abstract:In order to further study chlorocholine chloride(CCC) on causes regulating growth,development and yield of potato,CCC [0 g/L(A1),1.5 g/L(A2),2.0 g/L(A3),2.5 g/L(A4)] was sprayed 24d and 28d after emergence.Effects of CCC on photosynthetic characteristics and phosphate nutrition at different days after emergence [36d(B1),46d(B2),56d(B3),66d(B4)] of variety Zhongshu3 were studied.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate of treatment A2,A3 and A4 at B1 were inferior to that of the control,but SPAD values of treatment A2 and A3 were superior to that of the control.Net photosynthetic rate and SPAD values of treatment A3 were the highest in the four treatments at B2,B3 and B4. With 32P tracer technology,it was found that in different parts of the plants[leaf(C1),stem(C2),tuber(C3),root(C4)],32P radioactivity of different parts in Zhongshu3 were significantly different among treatment combination A3B1C1,A3B1C2,A2B1C3,A3B1C4 and other treatments combination.Treatment A3 at B1 increased phosphate absorption,with phosphate being mainly transported and distributed to the stem and leaf.The concentration of phosphate in organs was stem> leaf > root >tuber.The phosphate absorption percentage of a hill in Zhongshu3 increased with age,up to their maximum at B3,but decreased at B4.The phosphate absorption percentage of a hill in Zhongshu3 in order of increase for treatment A4,A2,A3 at B1 were superior to the control.The phosphate absorption percentage of a hill for treatment A3 was the highest of their treatments at different days after emergence.
