fruit.Resultsshowedthat:(1)eightkindofsugarsweredetectedin‘NingqiNo.1’byusinggasphase
chromatography(GC),sevenkindofsugarsweredetectedin‘Ningxiahuangguo’andfourweredetected
in‘Heiguo’.Themainsugarswerefructose,glucoseandsucroseatmaturestage.(2)Thecontentsof
fructoseandglucoseincreasedgradualywiththefruitgrowthanddevelopment,andthegrowthratesof
sugarcontentsinfruitdevelopinglatestagewassignificantlyhigherthanthatintheearlystage.Thesu
croseanderythrosecontentsshowedvariouschangesduringfruitdevelopmentstages,andtherewere
greatlydifferentamong犔狔犮犻狌犿atdifferentdevelopmentalstages.(3)Theactivitiesofthreesucroseme
tabolizingenzymeshavegreatdifferenceinthreedifferentcolorfruitsof犔狔犮犻狌犿duringfruitdevelopment
process.Theacidinvertase(AI)activitywaslowatfruitdevelopingearlystageandhadnosignificant
