摘 要 ：杂交稻幼苗感染白叶枯病菌后,其叶片中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性明显提高,丙二醛(MDA)积累和膜透性显著增大,叶绿素含量与不饱和脂肪酸指数(IUFA)下降。经水杨酸(SA)预处理的植株PAL活性仍继续增加,而MDA含量和膜透性的增大趋势得到缓解,膜脂不饱和度增加。作者认为外源SA对杂交稻抗白叶枯病可能有多方面的作用。
