摘 要 ：利用柑桔黄龙病病原亚洲种16S rDNA序列的特异引物,建立了依据16S rDNA基因序列扩增的有无检测柑桔黄龙病的PCR方法。该检测方法特异性强,重复性好,对大田中感病植株的检出率高,也适用于柑桔无病毒苗木的大量检测。
