摘 要 ：拟南芥AGAMOUS基因(AG基因)是重要的植物花发育调控基因。本文主要对AG基因的结构、功能以及同源基因的分离和AG基因的表达调控等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并对AG基因研究中存在的问题和研究方向进行了讨论。
