摘 要 ：对生长于青藏高原东北部3个不同海拔地区（2300、2700和3800m）的火绒草叶片的光合特性进行了比较研究。结果发现，随着海拔的升高，叶绿素含量有降低的趋势，而叶绿素a／b比值及类胡萝卜素相对含量呈上升趋势。与海拔2300m处的相比，生长于海拔3800m处的火绒草的净光合速率、表观量子效率和光补偿点较低，但光饱和点较高。研究表明，火绒草在光合特性上的变化是对逆境的一种适应．是青藏高原特殊生态条件长期胁迫的结果。
