摘 要 ：获得高质量的植物总RNA比较困难，RNA的提取方法会因植物的不同而又有较大差异，棉花幼根含有大量多酚、多糖、单宁和其它多种次生代谢物，因此RNA提取难度较大，本文报道了棉花根样的高效获取方法和经研究改进的棉根RNA热酚提取法，该法可获得高质量棉根总RNA，并能成功进行反转录，制备cDNA。
