摘 要 ：利用花粉管通道技术将耐起因三的罗布麻（Ａｐｏｃｙｎｕｍ ｖｅｎｅｔｕｍ）ＤＮＡ导入鲁棉６号，从后代中筛选出棉花耐盐变异体山农０１１。对山农０１１及其杂种后代进行了抗盐遗传和基因效应分析。结果表明：变异体的耐盐性是由核基因控制的。其遗传基因效应以加性效应为主，并存在较大的加快互作效应。该耐盐变异体可作为一良好的抗盐种质材料利用。
