with1/2MSnutrientsolutioncultureexperiments.TheresultsshowedthatCdstresscouldstimulatethe
growthof犃.犳犪狋狌犪seedlingsatlowlevelCd2+concentration(0.6mg·L-1,2mg·L-1and8mg·L-1).
Plantheight,leaflength,rootlengthandstemdiameterwereimprovedatlow Cd2+ concentrations,
whereasplantgrowthwasinhibitedathighCd2+concentrations(15mg·L-1and30mg·L-1).Andthe
lowlevelofCd2+concentrationcouldhelpplanttoaccumulatefreshweightinshootandinrootaswelas
dryweightinshootandinroot.WiththeincreaseofCd2+concentrations,plantcelmembranepermeabili
ty,thefreeprolinecontentsofaboveandundergroundincreasedgradualy;theactivitiesofSODandPOD
firstlyincreasedthendecreased.Itconcludedthat犃.犳犪狋狌犪wassuitablefortheremediationofCdpoluted
soilwhenCd2+concentrationwaslessthan8mg·L-1.Principalcomponentanalysisshowedthattheun
dergrounddryweightofseedlinghadthehighestloadingscoreatthefirstprincipalcomponent,indicating
thisfactorwaseffectivetoreflectthegrowthstateof犃狏犲狀犪犳犪狋狌犪seedlingunderCdstress.
