Abstract:Purification condition by chitosan to polysaccharide from the laminae of Elaeagnus mollis Diels was studied. An orthogonal design was used to study four factors, including chitosan dosage,pH,flocculation temperature and time, taking level of flocculation and the content of polysaccharides as markers.Optimal conditions were established as follows: chitosan dosage was 1 mg/mL; sedimentation time was 50-70 min; pH=5; and flocculation temperature was 20-40℃.Experimental results showed that this method was reliable and could be repeated.
