摘 要 ：本文提出的增广 NCⅡ 设计,是指在 NCⅡ 设计含 f×m 个杂交组合的基础上、再添加 f+m 个纯系亲本的遗传交配设计。这一设计可对被研究性状的合适遗传模型(即加性,加性-显性,或加性-显性-上位性)作出统计选择;同时,还能对雌、雄亲的有关基因频率的同质性进行统计测验。文中推导了上述统计处理的遗传学依据,并以陆地棉的一个籽
