摘 要 ：本文报道了杂交水稻12个不同组合幼穗的体细胞胚诱导与同步化的研究结果。结果表明：材料的基因型对其体细胞胚发生有明显的影响，植株激素2，4-D在杂交水稻体细胞胚胎发生与发育中起重要作用，BA则起一定的协调促进作用。通过研究建立了杂交水稻悬浮细胞系与产生大量体细胞胚的培养程序。利用生长素2，4-D结合机械筛选的方法
