摘 要 ：对6种(含1变种)云杉属(Picea Dietr.)植物的染色体数目及形态特征进行了分析研究。研究树种均为我国特有种，其中4种在本文中首次报道。分析材料全部取自各树种中心产区的原始林内。其核型公式：鳞皮云杉(P．retroflexa)K(2n)=24=22m＋2sm；云杉(P．asperata)K(2n)=24=20m＋4sm； 青扦(P．wilsonii)K(2n)=24=20m+4sm+1B;紫果云杉(P．purpurea)K(2n)=24=20m＋4sm；丽江云杉(P．likangensis)K(2n)=24=20m＋4sm；川西云杉(P．likangensis var．balfouriana)K(2n)=24=20m＋4sm．其中云杉的核型属1A类型，其余均为2A。本文还就染色体的形态及结构变异进行了种间比较。根据11种国产云杉的染色体长度比及平均臂比讨论其进化趋势。

Abstract:This work is concerned karoyomorphological studies about somatic chromosomes of 6 species of genus Picea, in which there are 4 species dealt with for the frist time. The studies materi-al come from the alpine forset region of southwest Sichuan. The karyotypes formula and karyotypes are follows.
