摘 要 ：重楼(Paris polyphylla Sm.)和它的某些变种，在民间和药物书籍上又名为：七叶一枝花，蚤休，为延龄草科植物，是我国民间十分著名的中草药。据我们不完全统计，我国长江以南各地所编写的中草药书籍冠以重楼作封面有十册之多。然而重搂“花仅数缕，不甚可观”[1] 现在得到各地如此推崇，原因何在？概因它具有广泛医药疗效之故。综观各地记载的用途，内服主要用为抗菌消炎，近年并广为民间用作抗癌药物；内服外敷除有止血和跌打损伤之功外，还用于治腮腺炎，乳腺炎和毒蛇咬伤等疾病。本研究所用样品为产于昆明附近的滇重楼〔paris polyphylla Sm. var. yunnanensis (Fr.)H－M.）的根茎。滇重楼分布甚广，除云南广泛分布外，四川，贵州，广西均有分布。
Abstract:The Paris polyphylla Sm. var. yunnqnensig (Fr.) H-M. was collected near Kunming, Yunnan. Five compounds in dried rhizomes of this species were isolated. Three steroid glycosides were identified as diosgenin 3-0-α-L-rhamno- pyranosyl- (1→2) -[α-L-arabinofuranosyl- (1→4 ) ]- β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅰ),diosgenin 3- 0 -α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1 →4 ) -α-L- rhamnopvranosyl-(1 →4 ) - [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1→2 ) ]- β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ) and diosgenin 3 -0 -α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1- 4 )-α-L-rhmnopyranosyl (1 →2 ) -β-D-glucopyranoside (dioscin) (Ⅲ). β-ecdysone (Ⅳ) 4nd cane sugar. were also identified from this plant.
