Abstract:Four componts, criocalyxin A, B, C Dnd D, were isolated from the ether extract of the leaves of Rabdosia eriocalyx (Dunn) Hara collected in Yunnan. Two of them, namely (I ) and (II), were estrtblished as new diterpenoids having a spirosecokaurene and an entkaurene-skeleton by means of spectroscopic and chemical methods, respectively.Eriocalyrxin B possesses in vivo tumor-inhibitory activity.
