5inmultiinfarctdementia(MID)modelratsEstablishMIDmodelratswereinducedbymicrothrombosis,fromwhich50successful
modelratswererandomlydividedintofivegroups,suchasthemodelcontrolgroup,thedihydroergotoxinemesylatetablets(hydergine)
group(07mg·kg-1),TongluoXingnaoefervescenttabletshighdose,mediumdoseandlowdosegroups(756,378,189g·
kg-1)AnothertenratsintheshamgroupwererandomlyselectedastheparalelcontrolgroupEachgroupwasoralyadministered
withdrugsfor90daysThelearningandmemoryabilitywasevaluatedwiththeMoriswatermazetest,whilethewholebloodviscosity
andtheerythrocyteaggregationindexderivedfromabdominalaortaweremeasuredindiferentshearratesInaddition,thelevelsof
VEGFandiNOSintheserumweredeterminedbyELISAkitsTheexpressionofLDH5inhippocampusofratswasmeasuredwithim
munohistochemistryandimagequantitativeanalysisTheresultshowedthatTongluoXingnaoefervescenttabletsnotablydecreasedthe
escapelatencyofMIDmodelrats,increasedtimesofenteringintotheescapeplatformandprolongedretentiontimeinmediumring,
