摘 要 ：目的:研究西藏产茅膏菜全草的化学成分。方法:采用pH梯度提取和柱层色谱法进行分离,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:得到5个结晶化合物,分别确定为矶松素(1),茅膏醌(2),羟基茅膏醌(3),β-谷甾醇(4),豆甾醇(5)。结论:化合物3和5为首次从该植物中分得。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Drosera peltata var. lunata collected in Tibet.Method:Compounds were separated by means of pH gradient extraction and rechromatography on silica gel,and the structures were determined by spectral analysis and physicochemical evidence.Result:Five crystalline compounds were obtained and elucidated as plumbagin(1),droserone(2),hydroxydroserone(3),β sitosterol(4) and stigmasterol(5) respectively.Conclusion:Compound 3 and 5 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
