摘 要 ：观察了丁香水提物及醚提物对四种胃溃疡,胆汁分泌,小鼠二种腹泻,二种痛刺激,CCl₄诱发大鼠急性肝损伤sGPT和sGOT的影响,说明丁香的温中散寒、治疗脘腹冷痛之功效与其抗胃溃疡、利胆、止泻和镇痛作用有关。

Abstract:The effects of water extract and ether extract of Flos Caryophylli have been investigated by four experimental gastric ulcer models, choleresis in rats, two diarrhea models in mice, two pain stimulations in mice, and acute liver injury induced by CCl₄ in rats. The results suggest that the action of Flos Caryophylli on dispelling the cold by warming the middle-jiao and curing abdominalgia is related to its anti-ulcer, choleresis increasing, anti-diarrhea and analgesic functions.
