摘 要 ：以耳廓反射阈、内耳生物电、扫描电镜观察为指标,通过对40只豚鼠的对照试验,观察中药六味地黄汤加味对庆大霉素内耳毒性的预防作用。结果提示六味地黄汤加味能部分减轻庆大霉素对豚鼠内耳听觉和前庭的毒性作用。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to discuss the effects of the Chinese medicine six-flavor Rehmannia Decoction with additives on preventing deafness induced by gentamiein (GM) in guinea pig by means of testing the thresholds of Preyer‘s reflex (PR) cochlear microphonic potential(CM), action potential of the auditory nerve (N₁)and scanning electron microscope of inner ear (SEM). The results showed that the medicine is effective in reducing the ototoxic effect of GM on inner ear.
