摘 要 ：茯苓乙醚萃取物中分得4种晶体,鉴定为O-乙酰茯苓酸(Ⅰ),3β-羟基-羊毛甾-7,9(11),24-三烯-21-酸(Ⅱ),β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(Ⅲ),3β-羟基-16α-乙酰氧基-羊毛甾-7,9(11),24-三烯-21-酸(Ⅳ)。Ⅲ系首次从茯苓中分得,Ⅳ为一新化合物。

Abstract:Crystals Ⅰ～Ⅳ were isolated from the ethereal extracts of Poria cocos and identified respectively as O-acetyl-pachymic acid (Ⅰ), 3β-hydroxy-lanosta-7,9 (11), 24-trien-21-oic acid (Ⅱ), β-amyrin acetate (Ⅲ) and 3β-hydroxy-16α-acetoxy-lanosta-7,9 (11), 24-trien-21-oic acid (Ⅳ). Crystal Ⅲ was obtained from P. cocos for the first time, and crystal Ⅳ was newly discovered.
