摘 要 ：实验表明,从徐长卿中分离出的3-羟-4-甲氧苯乙酮具有镇痛和抑制胃肠蠕动的作用,其效果与丹皮酚相仿;对大肠杆菌、弗氏痢疾杆菌的抑菌作用很弱。

Abstract:3-Hydroxy-4-methoxy-acetophenone (HMA) isolated from Cynanchum paniculatum was found to have analgesic effect and inhibitory action on the gastro-intestinal motility. The effect and action were equivalent to that of paeouol, HMA displayed a very low degree of antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Shigella flexneri.
