摘 要 ：应用HPLC法测定了按不同方法炮制的杜仲中松脂醇二葡萄糖甙的含量,结果表明杜仲炮制后,松脂醇二葡萄糖甙含量明显升高,各炮制品之间含量无明显差异。

Abstract:The contents of pinoresinol diglucoside in different processed products of Cortex Eucommiae were de-termined by HPLC. The tesult.has shown that the contents of pinoresinol diglucoside in post-processed drugs are high-er than those in pre-processed ones.
