摘 要 ：罗布麻叶浸膏经口、腹腔给药均无诱发小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核细胞率增高的作用;而经口、腹腔给药均有明显的抗环磷酰胺诱发微核细胞率增高的作用,且呈剂量反应关系。

Abstract:Experiments have shown thar Apocynum venetum leaf extract fails to induce micronuclei in bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes in mice after oral or intraperitoneal administration, but it may obviously prevent the increase of micronuclei in polychromatic erythrocytes induced by cyclophosphamide. There exists a dose-effect relationship.
